Mr David Skinner  :  Solicitor and Public Notary 

OAM, Dip Law, F.T.M.A., F.T.I.A. and Registered Taxation Agent.

Mr Skinner is the Senior Partner of Skinner & Associates. He practices predominantly in the areas of conveyancing, leases, mortgages, wills, estates and business law. He is a past council chairman of Lions Australia and is presently the legal officer for Lions Australia. Mr Skinner was awarded the OAM in June 2006 for his service to the local community. 

   
 

 Mr Graham Gould  :  Conveyancer

Justice of the Peace and Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (Vic).

Graham is a Partner at Skinner & Associates and is exclusively involved in the provision of conveyancing services. He has been with Skinner & Associates since 1974 after a career in the New South Wales Courthouse system. Graham is a keen golfer and is a Director fo the Howlong Golf Club.

   
 

Mr Mark Perkins  :  Solicitor 

Bachelor of Laws (Melb)

Mark is a Partner at Skinner & Associates and has practiced law since 1986. He practices mainly in property and commercial matters, wills, estates and succession planning. He is married with three children and has a keen interest in cycling, amongst other sports.  Mark came to Albury/Wodonga in 1991. He has served on the Boards of a local Credit Union, Apex Service Club and Regional Sports Assembly.

   
 
 Mrs Shellie Graham  :  Conveyancer

Shellie  is a Partner at Skinner & Associates. She has had experience in law one way or another all her working career, she has been particularly engaged in the field of conveyancing within the Albury area for the last 15 years. Shellie is a Certified Practising Conveyancer who obtained her unrestricted licence in 2009. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division Ltd. Shellie is driven by passion and is dedicated to all her clients to ensure that they receive a professionally conducted, yet personalised stress free conveyancing experience. 

   
 

Mr Christopher Halburd  :  Solicitor & Mediator  

Diplomas in Law and Financial Services, Graduate Certificate in Applied Law (Family Law), Masters in Dispute Resolution and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Chris is a Harvard Law School trained mediator, has served on the Dispute Resolution committee of the Law Society of New South Wales, as an Arbitrator in the Local Court of New South Wales and is currently a director of Albury Wodonga Health which is Australia's first ever cross-border health service having an annual budget in excesss of $140M. Chris is a member of a number of mediation panels including the panel established under the Farm Debt Mediation Act. His main areas of practice are crime and dispute resolution.

   
 Emma Hill

Ms Emma Hill  :  Solicitor

Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice

 Emma’s main area of law is family law and she has practised in that area since 2003. She is experienced in all areas of family law, including property settlements, children’s matters, child support, child and spousal maintenance and divorce. She has resided and practised in Albury since 2005. She sits on the Board of St David’s Uniting Care and has sat on the Committee for Relay for Life. She is a member of the legal aid panels for family and criminal law and appears regularly in the Local Court, Federal Magistrates Court and the Family Court.

   
 

Mrs Jann Poynter  :  Law Clerk 

Jann has been with Skinner & Associates since February 2000. She is a member of our conveyancing team. Jann has been involved in conveyancing transactions and managing conveyancing matters since 1976 and as such has a wealth of experience and knowledge in relation to residential and commercial leasing, sale and purchase transactions and mortgages.
