He is a past council chairman of Lions Australia and is presently the legal officer for Lions Australia. Mr Skinner was awarded the OAM in June 2006 for his service to the local community. |

Chris is a Harvard Law School trained mediator, has served on the Dispute Resolution committee of the Law Society of New South Wales, as an Arbitrator in the Local Court of New South Wales and is currently a director of Albury Wodonga Health which is Australia's first ever cross-border health service having an annual budget in excesss of $140M. Chris is a member of a number of mediation panels including the panel established under the Farm Debt Mediation Act. His main areas of practice are crime and dispute resolution. |
